Carlos Rodríguez joined Leap District in 2025 as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years at Mastercard, where he supported the account management team working with top-tier financial institutions across Mexico.

At Mastercard, his work focused on business performance analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders — giving him a strong foundation in financial analysis and client-facing engagement.

Carlos is currently progressing toward earning the CFA charter, having passed the Level I exam, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development in investment management and finance.
