At Sixth Street Partners, Tarek partnered with investment teams on structuring, performance analysis, and cash-flow oversight, while also leading system implementations and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting processes.

Tarek began his career in audit at KPMG, building a strong foundation in accounting standards and financial controls before transitioning into private fund operations. Born in Damascus, Syria — one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world — he brings a global perspective to his work.
