Chris Morris joined Leap District Advisors in April 2025 and works primarily with Management Companies. He brings a diverse business background spanning Fortune 500 corporations, privately held small businesses, financial services, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

Most recently, Chris has worked with a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses as a fractional CFO and procurement consultant, developing deep expertise in the unique challenges facing growing organizations.

In his fractional CFO and consulting roles, Chris has focused on revenue management, cost savings, forecasting, internal controls, and general accounting support — bringing a hands-on, results-oriented approach to each engagement.
