Chris Perz brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations across hedge funds, SEC-registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, and family offices. As a Director at Leap District Advisors, she supports clients across a wide range of fund structures and operational needs.

Prior to joining Leap District, Chris served as CFO and CCO at Castle Creek Arbitrage, LLC from 2010 to 2025, where she led teams responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, audits, and tax strategy. She also oversaw investor relations and U.S. and U.K. regulatory compliance across complex structures.

At Castle Creek, Chris managed compliance and operations for Cayman master-feeder funds, separately managed accounts, SPVs, and partnerships — bringing a comprehensive, hands-on approach to each engagement.

Earlier in her career, Chris served as Controller at Equitec Group LLC from 1995 to 2010, where she oversaw accounting, audits, tax reporting, regulatory filings, and cash management across broker-dealer, hedge fund, and family office entities.
