Iván Garza is an Associate at Leap District with experience in data analysis, financial reporting, and process optimization across both public and private institutions.

Prior to joining Leap District, Iván contributed to the development of reporting tools at Banco Santander México, helping monitor and improve customer service performance across banking products.

He also worked as a data analyst at Mexico City's Digital Innovation Agency, where he supported the management of public datasets and the improvement of data processes to enhance accessibility and decision-making.
