Maddison DeGrand joined Leap District Advisors in July 2024 and serves as a Senior Project Manager. She brings 6 years of experience in operations, project management, and instructional design across both the public and private sectors.

Maddison previously worked in public education, where she developed exceptional skills in planning, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving — capabilities that have transferred seamlessly into managing fund launches and ongoing fund projects at Leap District.

Her background gives her a unique perspective on building structured, repeatable processes and communicating effectively across diverse teams and client environments. She is currently pursuing her PMP certification.
