Haoua (pronounced "hawa") Bello is a Project Management Associate at Leap District, where she supports day-to-day client operations and project execution. She joined the team in December 2025.

Haoua brings a distinctive background in international development, including roles at leading international organizations where she managed USAID-funded initiatives and supported business development efforts — giving her a global, process-oriented perspective she applies directly to client work at Leap District.

Fluent in French, English, Zarma, and Hausa, Haoua brings exceptional cross-cultural communication skills to every engagement. She is currently pursuing her PMP certification.
